Established in 2016 here in Kearney, Nebraska first and only other location established in McCook, Nebraska in 1982 with partners the Chef brings small town hospitality and classic dishes with Italian and European inspirations to the best of Nebraska beef and other quality sources. All of our steaks are aged in house for a minimum of 30 days and cut by hand daily using only the finest Prime and Choice Certified Angus Beef
