What is Wheeler Dealer?

Simply put, the Wheeler Dealer Online store is a way for you to save money on items or services you buy retail all the time. But you won’t pay retail with The Wheeler Dealer site and you can feel warm and fuzzy for supporting your local area businesses! We offer goods and services from local businesses at a deep discount to you. Typically 20-40%. All you have to do is buy a gift certificate through the Wheeler Dealer site and save, save, save! And you can save a number of ways, both online and off-line.

8am-5pm weekdays and get assistance in placing an order.

When can I pick up my order?

You may pick up orders the next business day at our Kearney Office 403 E 25th ONLY.

During which hours may I pick-up my certificates?

You can pick-up your Wheeler Dealer orders at our Kearney office ONLY (403 E 25th Street):
Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), 9 a.m. to 4 p.m (hours are subject to change)

I'm concerned about giving my credit card on the internet!

We use a secure server and encryption software to keep your credit card information secure.

How is my privacy protected?

We will not give or sell your personal information to third parties. No selling lists. No spam. We may from time to time send you information about the ShopWheelerDealer.com specials or alert you to specials. But if you don’t want these updates, simply let us know and we’ll take you off our email list.

How much is shipping and handling?

$3 per order over the phone or internet, no charge for payment in person.

When will my certificates arrive at my mailbox?

They will be mailed within 1 business day of your purchase. USPS is the delivery method and experience indicates that 4 business days is the maximum delivery time in our area.

What is your return policy?

All sales on The Wheeler Dealer Online Store are final. We do not make refunds on orders after payment for your certificates are made. Once a credit card transaction online, or a cash transaction at our business office is made, there will be no refunds.

What happens if I don't use my entire gift certificate amount?

Businesses do not give change or credit for unused gift certificate values.

How long do I have to use my certificates?

There are no expiration dates on our Wheeler Dealer certificates, unless otherwise noted. We cannot extend expiration dates on any certificates that either by nature are time sensitive or do have an expiration date. We do advise you use your certificates as soon as possible and contact the business directly if you plan on holding them for an extended period of time before using.

What if I have a certificate for a business that has now closed?

All sales on The Wheeler Dealer Online Store are final. Once a credit card transaction online or a cash transaction at our business office is made, there will be no refunds. We are not responsible for that businesses certificate once a purchase is made. We do our best to have quality businesses online to participate in our online program, and we always suggest using your certificates as soon as possible.

If you are a new customer, click in the upper right corner where it says Log in/Sign Up…below in red it will say “Sign Up” then you just enter you email and select a password to get started.

please always sign in before making purchases to your cart to avoid any missing transactions. If you have trouble or need to have your password reset you can always contact us from 8am-5pm at 308-236-9900.

Make an Offer

1) All Reasonable Offers will be reviewed “reasonable” means not less then 25% of Retail
2) **this is NOT an Auction its make an offer..no more then 2 offers will be accepted for one product by a customer
3) When sending an offer please place the item name you are placing  the offer on in the Subject line
4) All offers will be reviewed during weekdays (M-F) during office hours

Pay at Pickup

Our Pay at Pickup policy as of 9/15/16 is that you will have 72 business hours from time of purchase to pay for your items. If your items are not paid for as of 5 pm on the 3rd business day after your order was placed your order will be cancelled.
